Divided into three parts, besides nutrition and tactics for spiritual development, my first book, OMAD GAINS (OG), outlined the training philosophy that entirely transformed my physique. In a total of 205 pages, the second seven chapters go into deep detail about sculpting and shaping your physique exactly how you want. While I have no doubts many will continue to find value in it, growing as a creator made me want to update and make the information more accessible.Especially now that I have greater understanding and experience and keep in even better shape, though I am no longer in my early 20s.

Preventing Mistakes

After entertaining the idea for a minute, I eventually created Reversed Volume Training 2.0, compressing the information into fifty pages. Available on my Gumroad and Etsy pages, the same incorporates old-school principles with modern tactics, studies, and equipment. It teaches how to customize your workouts based on your unique situation and goals. Also, how to prevent common rookie mistakes, stopping many from accomplishing the desired results.

A Decade Plus of Experience

Starting with eye-opening truths, RVT 2.0 begins by helping you define the appropriate place of bodybuilding in your life. Yet, though crafted for the non-competitive natural lifter, the information can also benefit those stepping on stage. It conveys a concise but thorough course based on a decade-plus of researching, testing, training (daily), and helping others through content, coaching, and books. Also, how to utilize it to get the best bang for your buck, making the most out of every session. Speaking of that, besides studies and methods of some of the best to ever do it, RVT 2.0 adds a few perks I came up with. Also, small paragraphs with personal experience sharing my results as a fellow bodybuilder and a biohacker.

Part of Lifestyle

Though stepping on it, unlike OG, RVT 2.0 mentions just a little about nutrition, recovery, fasting, etc. It is meant to be used in conjunction, not as a replacement for those. Nonetheless, there’s guidance on finding quality information on those paid and free.

Workouts

Although it includes sample workouts and notes for every muscle, RVT 2.0 is not a ‘shortcut’ program. Being failed by such products, I don’t believe in cookie-cutter approaches but in deepening your understanding through science, golden techniques, and first-hand experiences. So, rather than giving you another sheet with haphazardly gathered (4X12) workouts, RVT 2.0 aims to provide the framework for letting the latter happen. It also shows you how to figure out the exact physique you want to build by identifying and focusing on the right things, not overtaxing your nervous system, and keeping your joints healthy, enabling you to remain a gym rat even when old.
